  • I offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation. In order to see if we are a good fit as well as to get to know each other better.

  • Once you have hired me, we will meet for 2 prenatal visits. During these visits, we will discuss your wants and needs and create your birth plan. We will also do breastfeeding education & comfort measures during these prenatals.

  • Throughout your pregnancy, I will be available via phone calls, email, and texting up until we meet for your birth. I am always available to answer any questions.

  • I will meet you at your home or birthing location once you are in active early labor. As your birth doula, I provide physical and emotional support to you and your partner. I will gather any information you may need to help you make informed decisions. It is my goal to make you feel as relaxed as possible while also feeling confident in the decisions you make.

  • After delivery, I will stay with you for 1 hour to make sure you are feeling comfortable.

  • I will meet with you for 1 postpartum visit to discuss your recent birth, any questions or concerns you may have, and chat about any lactation care you may need.

Lactation Services in Colorado

Serving Pueblo, Fountain, Falcon, Ellicott, and all of Colorado Springs. I offer lactation services farther than El Paso county cities for an additional $40 fee. Any of these lactation services can be added on to your birth package.

Please note that I do require a 24-hour appointment cancellation notice. This only applies to my lactation services and does not apply to my birth doula clients. Appointments canceled without a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to $50. I realize life happens and things come up! I will do my best to work with you and your schedule.

  • 1 hour in home lactation visit to discuss normal newborn feeding behavior, answer questions, observe a feed, perform an oral assessment, nipple flange sizing, and monitoring infant weight gain. This package is $100.

  • 30-minute virtual support answering any questions. This can be a phone call or a virtual face chat. This package is $45.

    • TWO/ 1 hour in home lactation visits for $190

    • THREE/ 1 hour in home lactation visits for $290.

Breastfeeding Classes in Colorado

I teach breastfeeding education to mothers/families no matter what stage in life you are in. Whether you are expecting your first baby or need a refresher, these classes are for you. I offer my breastfeeding classes as a standalone service.

I teach both in group settings (minimum of 3 people required for class to be held) and one on one classes. My Breastfeeding Basics Class is Beginnings Birth Center approved. I teach all over! I serve Pueblo, Fountain, Falcon, Ellicott, and all of Colorado Springs.

  • This is a 1-hour class that covers the basics of breastfeeding. Myths vs facts will be discussed as well as helpful items to have during your time of breastfeeding. There is also a demonstration of what a proper latch looks like. This class is $40 per person or couple and must be booked in a group setting.

  • This is a 1-hour class/one on one where will we cover everything in my group setting class but in more detail. This is also a time where I can answer your personal questions and discuss if a one-on-one home visit may be needed for further lactation support. One-on-one price is $55

  • This is a 1-hour class to explore the connection between breastfeeding and mental health. You will learn the emotional aspects of breastfeeding and its impact on maternal mental health.

    Whether you’re a new mom, expecting mother, or supporting someone on their journey. This class is open to all! This class is currently only available in a group setting and is $70 per person or couple.
