Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Crystal Hutto. I am currently located in Southern Colorado and serve the surrounding areas. I am a mother to 4 beautiful babies. I am a Certified Birth Doula as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC). I am also currently in the process of obtaining my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant license (IBCLC).
My personal birth and breastfeeding experiences have inspired me to become not only a birth doula but also a breastfeeding counselor/specialist. I find joy in serving families. I know in my heart that God led me into this role. This is such an intimate time in a mother’s life, and I would be honored to support you through this time.
Lactation Support
I breastfed all 4 of my babies, and let me tell you, it did not come easy! My experiences have inspired me to help other mothers.
It is my hope that I can partner a long side you on your journey as a mother. You are not alone on this journey! When you schedule, not only will you be given all the resources and information you need, but you will also have all the support you need. I want you to know that you’re amazing, and so is your body!
I offer my lactation services as an add on to your birth package or as a standalone service. I also have experience with tongue & lip ties. I teach group breastfeeding classes twice per month. I offer one-on-one classes as well. My breastfeeding basics class is Beginnings Birth Center approved!
As your certified birth doula, I provide constant support throughout your entire pregnancy & labor.
My philosophy is to support moms/families and what they choose to do! That looks different for everyone. My goal is to help you advocate for yourself! I offer guidance so that you can make informed decisions. However, I always wholeheartedly support all of your birth choices. This is a judgement free zone!
I am guided by my faith, and the belief that every baby is a precious gift from God. I believe that every birthing experience is a transformative journey. For the mother, and for the entire family. My role is to offer unwavering physical, emotional, and informational support to help families navigate this profound moment with confidence, love, and respect.
